What once was a farmer's field has given way to one of the best challenges of golf in the Winnipeg and surrounding area, The Meadows at East St. Paul Golf Course.
Located McGregor Farm Road adjacent to Lagimodiere Boulevard (Highway 59) just outside Winnipeg's North Perimeter Highway, The Meadows is easily accessable to every part of the Winnipeg area.
The Meadows has been designed to provide a challenge and enjoyment for golfers of all skill levels. Multiple tee boxes on each hole will allow the course to accommodate the recreational player at approximately 5400 yards yet providing a formidible test for the low handicapper at 6900 yards. Players will be faced with water hazards and strategically placed fairway, pot and greenside bunkers. The large, undulating greens, consistently ranked among the best greens in Manitoba, have been built to USGA specifications and have been seeded with Penn A4 bent grass to provide a consistent putting surface. Unique blends of fescue and rye grasses have been used in the rough to shape each hole and create the look and feel of the "Prairie Links" design.
